How we work
1. Send
Email vssupport@vaultedsupply.xyz. The first line should say vault, rib, name list, or digital page.
2. Scope
We read only what you attached. A missing dimension is named in the reply. We do not fill it in as if we had measured it.
3. Reply
The reply stays on the same thread. If the request sits outside written work, the reply says so and stops.
4. Stop
You may reply STOP to ask that we not continue on that thread. Mail already sent is kept as the privacy policy describes.
This page states no business days, no hour count, and no uptime figure.
